Tortilla Soup
Ingredients
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce.) cans reduced sodium chicken with rice soup, undiluted
- 1 (10 ounce.) can tomatoes with green chilies
- Tortilla chips, broken
- Shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Combine soup and tomatoes with green chilies in a saucepan, cover and cook over medium heat till thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle each serving with chips and cheese. Yield: 1 qt. Serves 2-4 bowls.
