Tomato Rice Soup
Ingredients
- 3 c. reg. tomato juice
- 3 c. low salt tomato juice
- 1 tbsp. grated onion
- 1/8 teaspoon grnd cloves
- 1/2 c. raw long grain brown rice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 c. frzn peas
- 1 c. frzn corn
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except peas and corn. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 25 min. Add in peas and corn and cook about 5 min more. Yield 8 servings.
