    Ingredients

    • 2 pints whipping cream
    • 2 ( 8 oz each) cream cheese packages
    • I cup sugar divided
    • ¼ cup ( more or less depending on your taste) Grand Marnier
    • 3 tablespoons instant coffee + ½ cup sugar in 4 cups water
    • 60 lady’s fingers (Savoyard)
    • Large Pyrex pan 35x25x5

    Directions

    1. 1-Beat whipping cream until firm. Beat cream cheese with sugar. Fold cream cheese/ sugar mixture in the whipped cream and refrigerate.
    2. 2-Dissolve coffee and sugar in water and add Grand Marnier.
    3. 3-Dip lady’s fingers in coffee mixture and place in pan
    4. 4-Cover with cream mixture.
    5. 5-Repeat in layers, alternating lady’s fingers with cream. Ending with a layer of cream mixture.
    6. 6-Refrigerate overnight
    7. 7-Decorate with cocoa powder and/or chocolate shavings.
