Chocolate Cappuccino Mousse
Ingredients
- 3 x Egg yolks
- 6 ounce Sugar
- 14 ounce Bittersweet chocolate melted
- 24 ounce Tiramisu whipped cream**
- 3 ounce Tiramisu liqueur
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. Coffee extract
Directions
- **Whipped cream with 1 ounce. liqueur. Add in more to taste but not too much or possibly cream will not hold.
- Whip yolks till pale. Heat sugar with 4 ounces water till 248 degrees F stirring constantly. With mixer on medium add in sugar to egg yolks in a thin stream. Continue to whip till fluffy. Cold. Place chocolate in a mixer bowl and on medium rapidly add in 2/3 of the whipped cream. Add in this to egg yolks then add in remaining cream. Sprinkle with Tiramisu liqueur, cinnamon and coffee extract. Beat on high till well combined.
- Serves 6-8.
