Three Soup Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 1/4 c. rice, uncooked
- 1 sm. can mushroom pcs, liquid removed
- 1/2 can water
- 8 chicken breasts or possibly a fryer, cut up
Directions
- Heat butter; add in three soups (undiluted); then stir in rice, mushrooms, and water. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Salt chicken and place over rice mix. Bake at 275 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs; then turn chicken and continue cooking for 1 hour.
