Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 1/4 c. rice, uncooked
  • 1 sm. can mushroom pcs, liquid removed
  • 1/2 can water
  • 8 chicken breasts or possibly a fryer, cut up

Directions

  1. Heat butter; add in three soups (undiluted); then stir in rice, mushrooms, and water. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Salt chicken and place over rice mix. Bake at 275 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs; then turn chicken and continue cooking for 1 hour.
