Thin Lemon Pancakes

- one cup Pre-mix Pancake Batter
- 2 whole fresh lemons (juice only)
- one tablespoon granulated sugar
Directions
- Grease a griddle pan (or skillet) on medium heat
- In a mixing bowl follow pre-mix batter instructions, add lemon juice and granulated sugar, batter will be light-thin
- Pour onto griddle when bubbles appear flip over pancakes
- Serve and enjoy!
