Ingredients

  • one cup Pre-mix Pancake Batter
  • 2 whole fresh lemons (juice only)
  • one tablespoon granulated sugar

Directions

  1. Grease a griddle pan (or skillet) on medium heat
  2. In a mixing bowl follow pre-mix batter instructions, add lemon juice and granulated sugar, batter will be light-thin
  3. Pour onto griddle when bubbles appear flip over pancakes
  4. Serve and enjoy!
