Thin Crust (Meatless) Lunch Pizza

- 8 ounce Pizza dough (store bought is fine)
- scant 1/4 cup your favorite pizza sauce or tomato sauce
- One large Ripe tomato
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Sprinkle of garlic salt, black pepper, onion powder
Directions
- On a clean flat work surface dust with flour and rollout pizza dough( thin as you want)
- Add sauce, sliced tomatoes, cheeses and spices
- I use a pizza stone and bake 375 F for 12-14 minutes
