Thin Crust (Meatless) Lunch Pizza

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce Pizza dough (store bought is fine)
  • scant 1/4 cup your favorite pizza sauce or tomato sauce
  • One large Ripe tomato
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Sprinkle of garlic salt, black pepper, onion powder

Directions

  1. On a clean flat work surface dust with flour and rollout pizza dough( thin as you want)
  2. Add sauce, sliced tomatoes, cheeses and spices
  3. I use a pizza stone and bake 375 F for 12-14 minutes
