Thai Tofu And Vegetable Stir Fry With Black Bean Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 pkt Fresh 'n' Ready Thai Style Stir-fry
- 1 x 285 g pack Tofu, cubed
- 1 bot Fresh Black Bean sauce
Directions
- Heat the oil in a wok or possibly saucepan.
- Add in the stir-fry vegetables and stir-fry over a high heat for 2 min.
- Add in the tofu and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add in the sauce and stir-fry for a further minute.
- Serve immediately.
- NOTES : Tofu and oriental vegetables in black bean sauce.
