    Thai pork, basil and green bean stir fryPrep Time. 10 mins Cook Time 15 minsTotal Time 25 minsIngredients • 3 tbsp peanut oil • 4 green onions, sliced on the bias • 4 cloves minced garlic • 2 thai bird chiles, adjust based on heat preference • 1 red bell pepper, chopped • 1 lb lean ground pork (or turkey) • 1 lb green beans thinly sliced crosswise (about 2 cups) • ¼ cup soy sauce • 2 tbsp fish sauce • 1 T lime juice • 2 T Thai sweet chili sauce • 1 tsp brown sugar • 1 cup packed basil leaves thinly sliced • lime wedges for serving • Jasmine rice for servingInstructions • Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic, bell pepper and chilies; sauté until fragrant, about a minute. Add pork and salt; cook, breaking up with a spoon, until crisping at edges. Add green beans and cook, stirring frequently, until crisp-tender but still bright green, about 2 minutes. • Meanwhile, whisk together soy sauce, fish sauce and brown sugar. Pour into pan and stir to coat cooked mixture. Stir in basil leaves and serve with jasmine rice.
