Tarakihi With Lemon And Caper Dressing
Ingredients
- 75 ml Extra virgin olive oil, (5tbsp)
- 1/2 x Lemon, juice of
- Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
- Salt & freshly grnd black pepper
- 30 ml Capers, liquid removed and roughly minced (2tbsp)
- 30 ml Garlic chives, minced (2tbsp)
- 4 x Tarakihi steaks, each weighing approximately 175g (6oz)
- Butter for frying
Directions
- Whisk oil into lemon juice. Add in lemon zest, seasoning, capers and chives.
- Season fish and pan-fry in butter for 3-4 min each side or possibly till thoroughly cooked.
- Remove from pan and keep hot.
- Hot the lemon dressing in the frying pan and pour over the fish. Serve with couscous.
