Tangy Tomato Dressing from the Outback Steakhouse
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- pinch of thyme
- dash of salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring to a boil whisking often.
- Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
- Cover until cooled, then refrigerate until well chilled.
- Serve over salad.
