Tangy Chicken Salad
Easy, low-fat chicken salad that anyone can prepare. Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts (boneless)
- 1 can salsa (authentic)
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 can mexi-corn
- 2 large limes
- anything else you like in a salad
Directions
- cook the chicken til done (grill)
- cut lettuce
- heat mexi-corn and any other items
- cut limes into wedges
- mix all ingredients to make a fabulous tasting salad.
- Usually feeds three unless you're big eaters.
- season your salad (to taste) with limes and salsa...
- no dressing needed
