Tahini Oatmeal Walnut Cookies
Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp. tahini
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
- 1 c. rolled oats
Directions
- 1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, stir tahini and honey together. Add in the nuts, then the oatmeal sprinkled with cinnamon, and mix to blend ingredients.
- 2. Preheat oven to 325F (160C) or possibly gas mark

- 3. Drop the batter by teaspoonfuls on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or possibly greased with a few drops of liquid lecithin and oil. Bake for 10 to 12 min.
- YIELD: 30 to 36 cookies. Approximately 41 cals; 1.7g fat (36%), 0
