Tagliatelle with Asparagus

- 8 Asparagus (white or green)
- 2 medium onions
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 Tb. butter
- Salt
- Parsley
- 200g of tagliatelle (egg noodles)
Directions
- Clean asparagus, cut into slices.
- Peel the onion and chop it finely.
- Heat some oil and butter in a skillet. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft and translucent.
- Then add the asparagus and continue cooking until the asparagus are tender.
- Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle in well salted water.
- Then the pasta is al dente, add it to the skillet along with some chopped parsley. Sauté gently for a minute or two to allow the flavors to meld, then serve immediately.
