Tagliata roasted lamp loin with mix rucola Ingredients
- Lamb loin 120 gr
- Rucola 30 gr
- Mixed roasted pepper julienne 30 gr
- Tomatoes julienne 30 gr
- Half cherry Tomato 30 ml
- Verthe lattes 30 gr
- Thyme citronette 20 ml
- Black olive 30gr
- Parmesan cheese 10 gr
- Feta cheese cubes 50 gr
- Slice onion very thin 30gr
Directions
- 1- Roasted No 1 till medium rest then cut very thin sliced & place in the bowl.
- 2- Mix No 2#3#4#5#6 and 7with place it on top.
- 3- Garnish with No 8#9#10#11 served a spar photo.
