Sweet Potato Casserole
AMAZING dish for Thanksgiving -or just fall. Not your boring sweet potato casserole -not too sweet, and not too plain. Ingredients
- 2 large cans yams diced
- 4 beaten eggs
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 2 sticks margarine, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- Topping:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 1 cup chopped nuts (chef's choice -walnuts work great)
- 1/3 cup flour
Directions
- Mix first set of ingredients with mixer and pour into baking dish. Crumble topping and place on top. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
