  • Super Easy Cheesy Macaroni

    My own rendition of an old time favorite. My kids love this recipe. It is not for health conscious people as it does include lots of cheese and butter.... LOL!

    Ingredients

    • 1 pkg of 16 oz. small elbow macaroni (small shells work well too)
    • 1/2 pkg of the Blocked Velveeta Cheese (cut into small cubes to make the melting easier)
    • 1 cup of milk
    • 1 stick of Butter

    Directions

    1. 1) cook pasta per package instructions (helpful hint* I add 1/2 stick of butter & salt to the water before adding the pasta)
    2. 2) drain pasta & return pasta to pot (lowering the heat on stove)
    3. 3) add butter, cheese & milk to pasta
    4. 4) stir the pasta to ensure the cheese is melted
    5. * you can add more milk or butter to your liking
