    THIS SOUP TASTE LIKE A STUFFED PEPPER...LOL. IT IS QUICK AND EASY TO MAKE YOUR FAMILY WILL LOVE IT. IT GOES WELL WITH BISQUITS OR SWEET CORN BREAD. MY HUSBAND ATE IT, TIL HE WAS STUFFED AND SO WILL YOU...HAPPY COOKING

    Ingredients

    • 2 LBS. HAMBURG
    • 3 MEDIUM PEPPERS(RED,GREEN, AND YELLOW
    • 1 LARGE CAN (32OZ.)PEELED TOMATOES
    • 1 LARGE CAN (32OZ) CRUSHED TOMATOES
    • 1 1/2 QUARTS WATER
    • 1 CUP BASAMITE RICE(CAN SUB LONG GRAIN RICE)
    • 2 TABLESPOONS BEEF BASE
    • 1/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
    • 10-15 THINLYSLICED MINI CARROTS

    Directions

    1. CRUMBLE AND BROWN HAMBURG IN 12-16 CUP SOUP POT ADD WATER AND CANS OF TOMATOES
    2. AND ADD ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS
    3. HOLD BACK RICE UNTIL YOU BRING TO A BOIL
    4. ADD RICE
    5. SIMMER UNTIL PEPPERS AND CARROTS ARE TENDER
    6. SERVE WITH BISQUITS OR CORN BREAD...EASY EASY AND TASTY..TASTY
