Stuffed peppers

- 8 peppers
- 1/2 kg tomatoes
- parsley
- celery
- 30g flour
- oil
- 400g pork meat
- 100g rice
- salt
- pepper
- 150 ml sour cream
- onion
- dill
- tomato juice
- sweet chilli powder
Directions
- 1.Wash and take out the seeds from the peppers.
- 2.Mince the meat,with a little onionchopped and stew it,with 2 tablespoons of oil.
- 3.Add rice,salt,pepper,parsley,dill and water.
- 4.Stuff the peppers,put them in a pot,pour tomato juice,and water,till up,and boil.
- 5.When they are ready,rub the flour with 2 tablespoons and bubble up.
- 6.Add parsley and celery minced.
