    Ingredients

    • 1 large pizza dough, 1/4 lb. boiled ham, 1/4 lb capicola ,( italian ham) 8 slices genoa salami 5 slices provolone cheese salt pepper garlic powder.parsley flakes olive oil

    Directions

    1. spread pizza dough in a bread loaf shape the length of a baking pan. make sure you make it long and wide enough for all the meat and cheese
    2. lightly oil a baking pan lay the dough on the pan
    3. add the cheese over lap so it fits the dough do the same with all the meat
    4. next add the boiled ham then the salami and the capicola
    5. fold starting with one end folding the sides to the other end it should look like a large loaf of bread when your done
    6. flip it over so the seam is on the bottom the top now should be oiled from the oil on the pan if not enough lightly brush the top with oil
    7. mix 1 part salt 1/2 part pepper and 1 part garlic powder and sprinkle on top of stromboli sprinkle parsley flakes on top of that
    8. bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes ovens vary turn pan half way thru done when golden brown.
    9. let cool about 10 min. before cutting do not use a bread knife use a strait blade with a front to back motion. enjoy.
