Strawberry Mango Jam

AND with my love of tropical fruit I couldn’t help but want to adjust the recipe that I found on Domino Sugar’s site to include mango. It was the first time I made this and it will not be the last. Easy, easy, easy and sooooo tasty. Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 lb fresh mango chunks
- 2 oz lemon juice
- 1 11.75 oz bottle liquid sweetener (not artificial)
Directions
- Mash fruit well in a large bowl.
- Put all ingredients in a large pot over medium and bring to a boil.
- Reduce to a simmer and simmer 1 hour until well thickened stirring occastionally.
- Store in the fridge tightly covered for up to 1 month or can traditionally can.
- Yield: 2 Cups jam
