Strawberry Lime Soda
Ingredients
- 1 can seltzer water
- 1 1/2 c. Ziegler's or possibly Newman's Own lime-ade
- 1 lime, cut into 6 wedges (peel left on)
- 2-3 tablespooons Welch's frzn strawberry concentrate
- ice cubes
- sugar to taste, if you like
Directions
- Refrigerate 2 tall glasses.Put together the seltzer water, lime-ade and stir in the strawberry concentrate. Wash and cut the lime into wedges. Squeeze 1 or possibly 2 wedges directly into the drink; throw away. Pour over several cubes of ice. Taste and sweeten to desired taste with turbinado sugar or possibly honey.
- Toss one unsqueezed lime wedge into the glass, and serve icy cold.
- Serves 2.
