Strawberry~Banana Dessert Cups
So flavorful, light and refreshing and a snap to make! Ingredients
- 1 cup hulled strawberries
- 1 banana sliced/cut in half-divided use
- 8 ounces cool whipped topping
- 1/2 whole fresh lemon
- 4 pre-made graham cracker mini pie dessert cups
Directions
- In a blender (or food processor) add 1/2 banana, strawberries pulse several times, add cool whipped topping and run one minute to combine ingredients.
- Fill pre made graham cracker dessert cups with the mixture
- In a small bowl slice 4 pieces of remaining banana squeeze lemon juice over the slices and decorate the top of each dessert cup
- Refrigerate until ready to serve (I usually serve right away)
