  • Stoven Cooked Lemon and Herb Salmon Rub

    A pellet-grill favorite. Cook with Hickory or Apple Hardwood Pellets

    Ingredients

    • 4 Salmon Filets (skin attached)
    • 2 Lemons
    • Seasonings to taste (salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning herbs)

    Directions

    1. In a large dish squeeze the juice from two lemons, enough to cover the bottom of the dish. Lightly apply seasonings to the flesh side of the Salmon filet and place skin-side down onto the lemon juice in the dish.
    2. Let marinate for 1 1/2 hours. With the Stoven preheated, set the pellet control knob to 3 1/2 to and place the Salmon filet on the cooking grate with the skin side down and cook for 15 to 18 minutes.
