    • 4 TSP. DIVIDED MC CORMICK ROSTED GARLIC AND BELL PEPPER (PERFECT PINCH) SEASONING
    • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
    • 3 CUP OF WATER
    • 2 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
    • 4 TABLESPOONS SOY SAUCE
    • 2 TABLESPOONS CORN STARCH

    Directions

    1. WE PRESSURE COOK CHUCK STEAK UNTIL TENDER WITH WATER AND TWO TSP. GARLIC AND BELL PEPPER SEASONING. IN A WOK ADD OLIVE OIL, BELL PEPPERS, ONIONS, CARROTS AND BROCOLI. ADD SOY SAUCE PEPPER TO TASTE. ADD CORN STARCH WITH WATER TO THICKEN. IN THE PRESSURE COOKER, COOK THE STAKES 15 MIN. THE JUCE CAN BE USED AS STOCK REMEMBER THE ALL VEGETABLE. NEED TO BE THE SAME SIZE WHEN COOKING, EQUAL FLAVOR. THE JUCE CAN MAKE A GOOD SOUP, WITH VEGETABLE AND MEAT.
