    Steaming is unbeatable when it comes to heart-healthy cooking: there's no need for added fat, and flavor and nutrients are locked in. A delightful and simple way to serve fish,steaming it with other ingredients allows the fish's best flavors to come out.Here the steaming is done with a little difference.Simple and delicious.

    Ingredients

    • 2 fish (200 g)
    • 2 red chili
    • 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
    • 1 tbsp mild curry powder
    • 1 tbsp green chili, chopped
    • 1 tbsp ginger, chopped
    • 1 tbsp garlic, chopped
    • 6-8 curry leaves, chopped
    • 6-8 shallots, chopped
    • Salt to taste
    • 2 tbsp lime juice
    • 2 large sheets of aluminium foil to wrap and steam the fish in
    • 2 tsp oil

    Directions

    1. Mix the red chilies,turmeric powder,curry powder, green chilies, ginger, garlic, curry leaves, shallots, salt and lime juice into a coarse paste.
    2. After cleaning the fish, apply a thick layer of the paste on both the inside and the outside
    3. Wrap the fish in the foil and seal
    4. Heat the oil in pan and place the wrapped fish in it
    5. Cook each side of each fish for 5-6 minutes
    6. Serve hot with rice and vegges
