Steamed Cod Fish
Tender cod fish with ginger, garlic, soya sauce and garnished with spring onion. Ingredients
- 1 medium piece (about 350g) cod fish
- 1 inch ginger - sliced
- 4 pips garlic - sliced
- 1 tbsp oil
- A good dash of sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp light soya sauce
- Salt for taste
- Spring onion for garnishing
Directions
- Place fish on a steaming tray.
- Add ginger and garlic and pour oil over.
- Season with salt.
- Steam till fish soft and tender.
- Into steamed fish, drizzle soya sauce and sesame oil.
- Garnish with spring onion.
