This is a family hit. My sister-in-law introduced us to it. It's quick and easy.

    • 1 package (10 oz.) Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed and well-drained
    • 1 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    • 1/3 cup butter, melted
    • 1 teaspoon Instant minced onion
    • Dash ground nutmeg

    • 1 teaspoon sugar
    • Dash Hot Pepper Sauce (Tobasco)
    • 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
    • 1/4 cup Dairy Sour Cream

    Directions

    1. Lightly grease baking sheets.
    2. In a small bowl, mix spinach, stuffing mix, eggs, butter, onion and nutmeg until well blended.

    4. Cover and place in refrigerator at least 4 hours or freeze until ready to bake.
