    • 7 Clams cooked in the broth 50 gr
    • 8 Spicy sea food broth 500 ml
    • 9 Cut spring onion 10 gr
    • 10 Lime leaves 8 gr
    • 11 Lemon grass 6 gr
    • 12 Oyster mushroom 35 gr
    • 13 Champignon mushroom 25 gr
    • 14 Red fresh chili 6 gr
    • 15 Green fresh chili 6 gr
    • 16 Coriander leaves 5 gr
    • 17 Dry chili oil 8 ml

    Directions

    1. 1- Place no 1#2 top in the powl
    2. 2- Seared No 2#3#4#5 after then add all no 6#7#8#9#10#11#12#13#14#15#16#17 and served a saber photo.
