Spicy Sauteed Shrimp & Quesadillas!
Very spicy! Easy to make in about 15mins. Healthy but very tasty! Ingredients
- Medium Shrimp. Sauteed in butter & garlic n parsley. Then add canned mushrooms, diced red onions, chopped fresh celery, chopped fresh red bell pepper, jalapenos, & black pepper. Fry a small tortilla in butter & garlic n parsley add inside 4 Cheese Mexican Blend! Serve on a bed of steamed white rice! by Dianna Prince 2011
Directions
- Clean shrimp, saute in butter & garlic n parsley.
- Add veggies an cook about 15mins.
- Then fry up the tortilla in butter & garlic w parsley.
- Make steamed rice then add to plate 1st
