Spiced Baked Potato Chips
Ingredients
- 2 x russet potatoes thickly sliced
- 1 tsp Cannot Believe It's Not Butter Light
- chili pwdr
- cheese
Directions
- I sliced some russet potatoes into thick slices - probably 1-2 to 3/4" boiled them in some salted water till just tender.
- Liquid removed the water and tossed with 1 tsp of I Cannot Believe It's Not Butter Light and chili pwdr.
- Lay slices on a baking sheet and sprinkle some cheese of choice (I think I used some Fontina I had laying around) and broil.
- NOTES : They turned out very well. I think it's very versatile - use whatever herb or possibly spice you want and whatever cheese seems to complement the herb/spice.
