Soy & Ginger Sauce Grilled Beef and Sesame
Delicious Grilled Beef with Soy and Ginger sauce and Sesame Tender and flavorful! Ingredients
- 6 pounds Flank Steak or London Broil (Thick cut)
- 1/4 cup low sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger root
- one teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds, Garnish
Directions
- Marinate the beef in the Soy Sauce and ginger-30 minutes before grilling (I use a zip lock bag and add beef and soy/ginger and refrigerate.
- Using an outdoor grill, grill to you liking of doneness.
- Cut on the bias (against the grain) Allow beef to rest 15 minutes before slicing with a sharp knife
- Add Sesame Seeds and enjoy the tender, flavorful meat.
