Add to a large cast iron pot over medium heat in following order

bacon cut into 1/4 inch peaces cook until tender (drain 1/2 of bacon grease only)

diced yellow onions until clear

Bushes Baked Beans (drained)

Slow smoked pork Boston Butt at 250 degrees for about 4 hours (pork should be marinated over night before cooking with the following rub: cover all sides with paparika and garlic salt, then sprinkle with salt & pepper)

cut into 1/4 inch chunks add to pot before smoking beans. Put remainder of pork in oven to keep above 165 degrees or place in the fridge until time to serve. Heat to 165 slowly before slicing thinly. Serve pork with beans, slaw, fries, and a cold one.

Place Pot of beans in smoker and smoke for 2 hours at 250 degrees with out a lid using hickory wood

3 tbl spoons Worcester sauce
