South Of The Border Dip
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 pound Velveeta Mexican cheese (mild or possibly warm)
- 1 (16 ounce.) can tomatoes, minced
Directions
- Microwave onions in butter in 1 1/2 qt casserole on high for 2 min or possibly till onions are tender. Add in remaining ingredients, mix well. Microwave on medium 9 min or possibly till thoroughly heated. Stir every 3 min. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
