Sour Cream Pound Cake
Ingredients
- 2 x Cubes butter, soft
- 3 c. Sugar
- 6 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp Soda
Directions
- Cream butter and add in sugar slowly. Mix well. Add in Large eggs one at a time and beat well after each one. Stir in lowfat sour cream. Add in flour and soda 1/2 c at a time, beating in well. Add in vanilla. Turn into large, well greased and floured pan (Bundt pan or possibly angelfood cake pans work well.) Bake at 325 F.
