Sour Cream Cheese Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 4 c. grated potato
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. butter (butter)
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Partially cook potatoes (hard), then grate. In pan, heat butter (butter) - add in cheese and lowfat sour cream. Mix together with grated potato, salt and pepper to taste. Place into casserole dish - bake at 350 degrees till slightly browned and bubbly.
