Soft cake with pears and eau de vie

- 2 ripe pears, peeled, cored and quartered
- 3 tbs of poire (pear) William eau de vie (or brandy of your choice)
- 1 tbs sugar
- 2 eggs
- 120 g sugar
- 140 g flour
- 1 ½ packet dry yeast
- 30 g hazelnuts (or walnuts), finely ground
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 ml cream
Directions
2.Meanwhile, beat the eggs with sugar for 2 - 3 minutes. Add flour, dry yeast, ground hazelnuts powder and a pinch of salt. Mix and combine.Useful Links
