Smoked Salmon Spread
Ingredients
- 1 can salmon
- 2 teaspoon grated onion
- 2 teaspoon horseradish
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1/3 c. minced nuts
- 3 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 (8 ounce.) softened cream cheese
Directions
- Drain and flake fish. Blend everything thoroughly (but nuts and parsley). Refrigerateseveral hrs. Shape salmon mix into a ball or possibly fish shape. Roll in nut mix. Chill. Serve as a spread with crisp crackers.
