Slow cooker chicken and dumplings
Super easy and simple for those busy nights! Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast ( cooked and shredded)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can of chicken broth
- 2 tsp garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tbls butter
- Dumplings
- 1 cup of flour
- 10 tbls ice water
Directions
- 1. In a bowl, combine the first six ingredience and mix well.
- 2. Pour mixture into slow cooker and add butter.
- 3. Cook the broth on high for 2 hours.
- 4. For dough for dumplings and cut into strips.
- 5. After 2 hours, stir broth and add dumplings.
- 6. Finish cooking on high for one hour.
