Shrimp In Lemon Butter Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. shrimp, peeled
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, mashed or possibly pressed
Directions
- Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper. Dust lightly with flour. Combine all ingredients. Turn and toss to proportionately coat shrimp. Broil 6 inches from heat till shrimp turns pink, about 8 min, turning twice during broiling. Remove shrimp from oven and sprinkle with garlic crumbs (see recipe below). Broil for 1 more minute till top is golden brown.
