Shrimp & Avocado Ceviche
A wonderful appetizer you must try! Ingredients
- 4 ounces Large Shrimp (deveined, no shells, tail tips on)
- 2 fresh limes, juice, cut wedges from half of one
- one half fresh avocado cut into chunks
- one Roma Tomato, diced
- Fresh Cilantro chopped
- one teaspoon salt and black pepper
- Dash of Canola Oil
Directions
- Mixed all ingredients into a mixing bowl, stir
- Divide all ingredients evenly between two stemmed vessels (cups)
- Allow to marinate in the refrigerator several hours before serving
- Enjoy!
