Shirley's Spuds
Ingredients
- 3 ounce. cream cheese, cubed
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 bag frzn hash brown potatoes with peppers
- 1 can green beans, liquid removed
- 2 c. cubed ham
Directions
- Heat first 5 ingredients in microwave till cheese is melted; stir till smooth. Put potatoes, beans and ham in bowl. Pour sauce over and mix well. Pour into casserole and bake for 45 to 60 min at 350 degrees.
