Auntie's Rum Balls
Ingredients
- 1 c. Vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1 c. Pecans, minced
- 1 c. Confectioner's sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Corn syrup, light
- 1/4 c. Rum, (or possibly bourbon) Confectioner's sugar, (extra)
Directions
- Combine all the dry ingredients and then add in the corn syrup and rum. Form 1 Tbsp. of the dough into a ball. Roll balls in extra powdered sugar.
- Store in fridge.
