Shepherd's pie
meat and potatoes casserole Ingredients
- 1lb ground beef
- 2 T olive oil
- 1cn cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cn green beans
- 2lb potatoes
- 2T butter
- 1/4 - 1/2 cp of milk
- S+P
Directions
- Dice and boil potatoes
- Cook ground beef in O.O. Drain.
- Combine cream of mushroom soup with ground beef
- When potatoes are soft drain and add butter,milk ,and S+P. Mash into mashed potatoes
- Layer into a 9x13: Meat mixture(on bottom)
- Green beans
- Potatoes(sprinkle w/ paprika to garnish)
- Heat in oven at 350 until hot
