- 200g shells
- 1 onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 50 ml oil
- 1 teaspons white vinegar
- 200g tomato sauce
- salt
- black pepper
- chilli
- parsley
Directions
- 1.Stew in oil,chopped onion and garlic,and chilli.
- 2.Add tomato sauce,vinegar,salt,pepper,and boil.
- 3.When the sauce is thick add shells.
- 4.Stew a little more,pour fresh parsley or dry and serve.
