Seven Layer Mexican Dip
Ingredients
- 1. 2 cans bean dip
- 2. 2 avocados, peel and mash and mix with 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3. 1 c. lowfat sour cream, 1/4 c. mayonnaise and 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 4. 3 tomatoes, cut, cubed and liquid removed
- 5. 1 can black ripe olives, sliced thinly
- 6. 2 bunches of finely minced green onions
- 7. 8 ounce. shredded Cheddar cheese
