Sesame Beef And Green Beans & Carrots-One Pan Dish
Easy and flavorful supper for any weeknight. One Pan does it all. Ingredients
- 2 pounds Round Steak, cut into pieces
- Black Pepper, to taste
- one teaspoon grated ginger root
- one teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1/4 cup Beef Broth
- 1-1/2 cup Green Beans
- 2 carrots peeled cut
- 3 tablespoons Sesame Seeds
- Serve over cooked rice.
Directions
- In a saucepan add water and boil carrots 10 minutes to just tender, add green beans and simmer 6 minutes, drain.
- In a skillet or large saute pan add a drizzle of peanut or canola oil, grated ginger root, cook 1-2 minutes on low heat, add Round Steak Pieces, pepper, garlic salt, beef stock and saute 5 minutes, stir during cooking time, add carrots and green beans, stir again, add sesame seeds and remove from heat.
- Serve and enjoy! Serve over rice.
